THANGASAMBA FLAKES (AVAL)

This type of aval variety is made from Thanga Samba Rice. This rice is flattened and beaten by hand. It is rich in multiple nutrients including large amounts of fibre. It reduces body heat and has lesser sugar content than white puffed rice.
