Terms of delivery
- Products will be dispatched on the day or the next day of order placed.
- Within the state it takes 2-4 business days for delivery.
- Outside the state and within India it takes 3-8 business day for delivery.
Cancellation policy
There is no option of cancellation of any products that have been ordered. Once the order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department, where your order will be carefully packed to be dispatched at the earliest.
Easy return and replacement policy
- If you are NOT satisfied with product quality, you can return the product immediately. If you want replacement product will be replaced. NO questions asked.
Refund policy
- If you ever receive a different product other than what you placed an order for, please take a photograph of the same and send it to info@agaveli.com with the subject line – ‘Different Product’. Be sure to include your name, contact number, order date and order number. Make sure you send in the products within 2 days of the product you received wrongly. Your correct order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the Different product.
- If your received package seems to be damaged or broken, please take a photograph of the same and send it to info@agaveli.com with the subject line – ‘Damaged Package’. Be sure to include your name, contact number, order date and order number. Make sure you send in the products within 7 days of the product you received in damaged condition. Your correct order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product.
- If you do break the seal of the product you have received, it cannot be returned unless one of our team assists you to do so.
- We take a special care in packing the products, so that it is not damaged. If any product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we will replace the product. If you not satisfied in replacement, you can initiate the refund. Refund will be processed within 48 hours of initiation. Amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 days.
- Please return the packages via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

- We give more importance for customer support. We have dedicated customer service executive. Customers can avail this facility by calling +91 73958 77894 between 10 AM - 6 PM.
- If you are not satisfied with the customer service, you can make a call to the grievance officer between 9 AM - 5 PM or you can send a postcard to AGAVELI PRIVATE LIMITED, 3/261, PICHINIKKADU, ATHIVETTI POST, PATTUKKOTTAI TK, THANJAVUR DIST., TAMILNADU - 614613. Your issue will be solved within a maximum time period of 30 days.
