PURE COW GHEE

Ghee is made from cow s milk that is commonly used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Ghee is 100% natural and is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fats (omega-3 fatty acids) etc. Agaveli manufactures ghee in its natural and traditional method. While many manufactures make ghee from cream, Agaveli procures milk and first make it into curd. Then the curd is churned to make butter, after which the butter is boiled to get pure ghee. About 25-30 litres of milk is need to make 1 litre of pure ghee.
